We are well situated ( 150 m to the GP Track Start and Finish and 500 m to the Nordschleifen-entrance ) in the center of Nürburg.
The Hotel was founded 1969 by Ursula Schmitz who still runs the hotel together with her son Beat and her daughters Petra, Susanne and Sabine.
Sabine Schmitz is her youngest doughter. She was the first woman in racing history to win a 24 hours race, even twice in a row 1996 and 1997 with the team of Johannes Scheid. This season she races together with Klaus Abbelen in the BF Goodrich endurance Championship knows as the VLN. She was shown some times at Top Gear more popular in the UK, the show with Jeremy Clarkson. She is also one of the new Top Gear presenters in the Show with Chris Evans.
